• How do I place an order?

When you find the product you wish to purchase, click on “buy now.”  This will take you to your shopping cart.  From there, you can continue shopping or check out.  When you are ready to check out, click on the green checkout button.  If you are a new customer, you will need to input your billing and shipping information.  You can then pay by PayPal, gift certificate, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard ).

• How do I know that my credit card information is safe?

• Can I place an order over the phone?

At this time, we only accept online orders.

• Is there a minimum order amount?

No, we are happy to process all orders. There is no minimum value.

• Do you offer any sample products?

No, we are not able to offer samples.

• Do you accept returns?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase. We will accept its return for 30 days from the date of purchase

Yes, we ship all over the globe.

• Can I get a print catalogue?

The beauty industry changes in a minute.  By the time we finished a press run of a paper catalogue, it would be out of date.  Our online catalogue is updated constantly so you know what products are available as you shop.
